Redflow

Approval and posting controls for the integrations that move your money and your work.

Redflow sits between your source systems and your systems of record. It holds what needs a person, refuses to post twice, runs the new path in shadow next to the old one, and shows all of it on one screen. It runs where your data is allowed to be.

Nothing posted. Someone decided. Product view with synthetic data.

The problem

The unattended job.

It fails silently. It posts twice. Nobody knows until finance finds it, and the person who wrote it has left. Redflow does not compete on connector count. It competes on control.

Three things Redflow does

01

Nothing posts without a record of who allowed it.

Gates with a named approver. Optional two-person approval over a threshold. Approve inside the system your people already use. Every decision is in the audit log, with the time, the rule and the person.

02

Replace a legacy job without a leap of faith.

Shadow mode runs the new path next to the old one and shows the diff, line by line. Cut over when the diff is zero, not when the calendar says so. Until then the old job keeps posting and Redflow only watches.

03

It runs where your data is allowed to be.

One Linux VM. Podman. Pull-only into the ERP, so nothing on the internet opens a path into your finance system. Payroll detail never leaves the LAN. Hosted single-tenant when that is what you want.
