Privacy policy · effective 18 October 2026

Privacy.

This site asks for as little as it can, stores it in one place, and deletes it on a schedule. Here is exactly what happens.

What the form collects

When you send the contact or demo form, we receive what you typed: your name, work email, organisation, which ERP you run, what runs your integrations today, and an optional one-line note. The form also records the time it was sent. We do not collect your IP address in the stored record.

Where it goes

  • A copy is written to a private, encrypted storage bucket in Amazon Web Services (AWS), in the US East (N. Virginia) region. Only our staff can read it.
  • A copy is emailed to our sales mailbox so a person can reply.
  • A copy may be recorded in our own Redflow instance, which we use as our sales pipeline. It holds the same fields and nothing more.

How long we keep it

Stored submissions are deleted automatically two years after they are received. If you would like yours deleted sooner, email hello@redflow.us and we will remove it from all three places.

No tracking cookies

This site sets no cookies. Your theme choice (light, dark or system) is kept in your browser's local storage and is never sent to us.

This site currently runs no analytics at all.

Third parties

  • Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google's servers. Google's privacy policy applies to that request.
  • The site and the form relay are hosted on AWS.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@redflow.us. We answer from a person.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it.
