An annual subscription plus a fixed-price build per interface.
No per-event metering and no surprise in month seven. You pay for the platform once a year and for each interface once, at a price fixed before the work starts.
Annual subscription
Covers the platform: the console, gates and approvals, shadow runs, monitoring, the audit trail, updates and support. One price per instance, whichever edition you run.
Build per interface
Each interface is scoped in discovery and priced as a fixed amount. The price includes the configuration, the shadow run and the cut-over. If the shadow run takes longer, that is our cost, not yours.
Founding-customer terms
The first customers in each industry get founding terms: a subscription rate held for the term of the agreement, and a reference clause in exchange. The clause covers a case study with measured numbers, reference calls, and a seat in roadmap reviews.
